The First China Big Data Competition is one of the national-level professional events focused on China International Digital Economy Expo 2022. It is hosted by the Organizing Committee of China International Digital Economy Expo and organized by the China Electronics Standardization Institute and Industry and the Information Technology Department of Hebei Province. The competition sets up three competition tracks, including “data governance innovation”, “data element circulation” and “data development and utilization”. A total of 188 participating teams signed up for the competition. After the online preliminary review, expert review and final, 10 projects, embracing “Percent Data Science Basic Platform” of percent technology team, won the “data governance” track award, and 10 projects, comprising “digital information trust domain - application practice in the field of Zhanjiang data element trusted circulation” of Zhanjiang digital information innovation team, won the “data element” track award, and 10 projects, containing “energy, power, carbon emission monitoring, diagnosis and MRV verification service” of carbon exploring discovery team, won the "data development element" track award.
